This dish is right up there quite possibly at the very top of our favorite BRIZO recipes. You can’t go wrong with this light and airy dish.
- Variety of rice: brown, long grain, basmati, black rice, wild rice, etc.
- Parmesan cheese
- Mix your choice of rice variety together and place in rice cooker.
- Add diced avocado, cilantro, chopped jalapeno and fresh parmesan cheese
- Lightly Drizzle BRIZO over all ingredients
