This dish is right up there quite possibly at the very top of our favorite BRIZO recipes. You can’t go wrong with this light and airy dish.


  • Variety of rice: brown, long grain, basmati, black rice, wild rice, etc.
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeno
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Mix your choice of rice variety together and place in rice cooker.
  2. Add diced avocado, cilantro, chopped jalapeno and fresh parmesan cheese
  3. Lightly Drizzle BRIZO over all ingredients
