  • Potatoes
  • Pico de Gallo (you can make your own or get some at the store)
  • Avocado
  • Cheddar Cheese


  1. Turn on your oven to 425°F
  2. Wash potatoes and trim away any blemishes
  3. Prick potatoes all over with a fork
  4. Line a baking pan with foil and bake potatoes for 50-60 minutes
  5. Make the Pico de Gallo
  6. Chop ingredients finely and mix together to taste:
    1. Cilantro 
    2. jalapeno
    3. Firm tomato
    4. Onions
    5. Salt
    6. Lime Juice
  7. After your potatoes are done baking, top with Pico de Gallo, avocados, and cheddar cheese.
  8. Drizzle BRIZO over the top!
