  • 1 head broccoli
  • Red/Yellow bell peppers
  • Red onions
  • 1 can Pitted quality olives
  • 1 lb Penne pasta


  1. Cut broccoli florets and stems into bite size pieces 
  2. Julienne bell peppers and onions
  3. Cook pasta al dente
  4. Saute broccoli stems until tender with a little crunch
  5. Mix all ingredients 
  6. Drizzle BRIZO
