Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli
- Red/Yellow bell peppers
- Red onions
- 1 can Pitted quality olives
- 1 lb Penne pasta
- BRIZO
Directions:
- Cut broccoli florets and stems into bite size pieces
- Julienne bell peppers and onions
- Cook pasta al dente
- Saute broccoli stems until tender with a little crunch
- Mix all ingredients
- Drizzle BRIZO
