  • Ribeye Steak or Tri-Tip

  1. Marinade ribeye steak or tri-tip for 2 hours in BRIZO
  2. Grill on barbecue until cooked to your liking
  3. Plate with arugula, sliced avocado, and mild blue cheese
  4. Drizzle BRIZO
  5. Optional: If you have some leftover ciabatta or baguette bread, make some fresh

croutons in 5 minutes! Place in small pan with some EVOO and salt/pepper, cook in pan over low-medium heat until browned or place in the oven until lightly browned.
