Salmon is a beautiful protein and the key to making it wonderful is not masking the flavor with spices that overpower it. BRIZO brings out the flavor of salmon perfectly!
- Salt + pepper
- Prepare Salmon by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper
- Marinade with BRIZO for 30 minutes in refrigerator
- Take out of the refrigerator 10 minutes prior to cooking
- Place salmon in non-stick pan over medium heat – when firm to touch salmon is done
- Plate with brown or white rice and a side of arugula
- Drizzle BRIZO
