Salmon is a beautiful protein and the key to making it wonderful is not masking the flavor with spices that overpower it. BRIZO brings out the flavor of salmon perfectly!


  • Salmon
  • Salt + pepper
  • Rice
  • Arugula


  1. Prepare Salmon by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper
  2. Marinade with BRIZO for 30 minutes in refrigerator
  3. Take out of the refrigerator 10 minutes prior to cooking 
  4. Place salmon in non-stick pan over medium heat – when firm to touch salmon is done
  5. Plate with brown or white rice and a side of arugula
  6. Drizzle BRIZO
